ESPN 2006 Coverage dvds?

Anyone know roughly when the dvds will be out?

As far as I know, they never released the 2005 WSOP on DVD, so I suspect there are no current plans to bring any of the 06 coverage to DVD. That doesn't mean there won't ever be a DVD, but I suspect no one has any information on it; and there's a good chance it may never find its way to DVD.

I'm almost 100% positive I remember seeing the 2005 DVD for sale on ESPN, but can't find it now. Does anyone else remember seeing the 2005 wsop being sold or did I dream this?

The 2005 WSOP never made it to DVD.

According to a few dealers at this year's WSOP, the 05 and 06 DVDs can't come out till ESPN has had 2 years of exclusive rights to show it on tv. Don't know if it's true, but now it's on the internet, so it should be...

That's pretty strange. The 2004 WSOP DVD came out in the summer of '05.

Yeah thats very strange i own both the 2003 and 2004 Main Events on DVD...

A DVD dealer that I buy hard-to-find stuff from said 2005 WSOP will not be released, as the 2003 and 2004 sets weren't profitable. I suppose it stands to reason that 2006 won't get a DVD release, either.
