To me this just screams Aces or Kings ... maybe if villain was a total idiot ... hmmm ... nah would probably fold then, too. Even those pick up big hands every once in a while.
I'd only call that (the $10), if I had seen him treat hands like AJ or KQ like the nuts ...

Would it be a viable option here to call the first bet, see if he bets on the flop and how much and push with a board Ace (making TP)?

This might be a stupid question, but why would you reraise him that badly?
