Problems downloading Full Tilt

When I try to download Full Tilt, I get an error message that says "To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of your programs on your computer."

This is what happens when I click on the download.php file on my desktop (which doesn't have the Full Tilt icon for some reason). I've downloaded FT to my laptop before, anyone know what's going on here? Any help is greatly appreciated.
