2/4: 99 on K5K board raised on flop

villain is TAG multitabler. only notable hand i've seen him play before this is he once 3bet dramit's UTG raise from the CO with KJs. he hit a flush draw on Qxx flop and bet the flop and pushed the turn unimproved and dramit check called both streets. he probably doesnt have an overpair higher than mine, but im not sure if he's loose enough to call a raise with Kxs or if he would raise with a draw here.
