A poker site wired me 10k extra to my checking account. My poker account is empty, can they force me to return the cash?

Yes they will surely be contacting you if you dont beat them to it... no way to get around it and keep the money... sry. Hopefully it was an interest bearing account and it takes like 8 weeks for them to sort their crap out. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

legally -- I doubt they have a leg to stand on if you reside within the UIGEA
