Default 3-bet pot with QQ facing flop donk push

Villain has LAGish stats, but hasn't striked me as being a good LAG yet. Probably more maniac than LAG.

He's running at 33/18 with street agg factors of 0.9/2.2/2.0/inf after 82 hands.

So I 3-bet QQ on the button and he leads and pushes the King high flop. Anyone call this? Kings wouldn't do this because he want to get some value, right? Same with Aces, right?
