Default Re: When do people end their sessions

2.) Tags everywhere on all your tables, aka games suck. - yes
3.) Stop loss of x buyins reached. - I need to do this but don't really
4.) Up x buyins, no longer want to play. - I think there is winners tilt so if I feel like starting to play conservative to preserve gains I will quit
6.) Boredom. - yeah; including autopiloting
+ Tiredness
+ Getting even or hopelessly stuck after a bad session
+ Realizing I've made board misreads, misclicks or completely retarded plays (part of tiredness)

I also try to end on a high note as despite how hard I try the poker results do affect my mood afterwards (and I mostly play mornings so I have the whole day to reflect on how many average monthly salaries in my country I've dropped - which is stupid and useless thinking obv).

For example, I just ended a session despite games being pretty good as I've been 5- and 6-tabling 4 hrs straight and just weren't paying much attention to what was going on and just autopiloting.
