Stars 11r JJ facing reraise

What do you guys think about this fold. My concern was that if i called the shortstack would move all in and the bb would come over the top. I don't want to play a big pot like that preflop with JJ. Is there a better play?

He is raising out of the blinds and coming over the top of your UTG raise, find a better spot to get your money in

Your range is way too tight. You will see AK/AQs do this too.

I know a lot of bad players who are just calling with AK/AQ here. Just read the Sklansky forum where 80% of the respondants advocate a smooth call in the BB with AKs against a button raise 45bbs deep.

I think that it is heavily weighted toward big pairs.

However, against anyone whose game I respect I am beating them into the pot
