I'm a huge math guy, but this hand has everything to do with your read on Villain. I agree with ERC, if this is what you've seen, you have to assume he'd do this with some aces you beat. (By the way, in his previous "lucky" hand he was 45% to win.)

I always fold AQ on A high flops to players I disrespect who may very well be playing a weak ace in the classic "WTF, I don't know where I'm at, I bet 1/4th of the pot, oh noes he raised, WAIT, he can't have an Ace, A9 good, or whatever, I push back" style. I think that it's winning poker. Barry PS: Get real. No matter how you cut it, if you are going to C/R this flop, you need to get it in. Cut n' dry. You don't C/R in situations like this on favorable boards if you are afraid of going to the felt.

Also in the "lucky" hand he called a raise (minbet) and a reraise of pot (AKo) from the BB with A4s.......
Either way, I had out and couldn't get away from the hand the way I played it, obv.

actually your description of the player makes me think he is actually pretty good. In there with a suited ace in a five way pot, and OH MY GOD he got lucky to win a coin flip with a pair and a FD. The wave is generally pretty strong, especially if he doesn't bother to move his chips out. Basically in his head, he doesn't see himself losing them.
Raise less PF, c-bet, procede with caution if you get much action. As played folding is retarded, 5k for 13K.
