Donk can have JT/QJ and in my experience he will at the very least throw a small vbet with KQ. We are missing value vs KT/AT/T9 types of hands if we c/r, but I think we make up for that by getting value from JT/QJ/KQ/AQ. However, if he pushes his 2 pair hands here it is better to just bet out.

Actually when I think about this it seems that the QJ/KQ/AQ part of his range are slimmer because he probably minraises those. So it seems like it is not a good tradeoff to make. Bet 2/3 of the pot.

All depends on what kind of player he is, if he's aggro enough to try and value bet semi marginal hands like KQ/bluff missed hands here like KJ then absolutely, go for the CR, sure they won't pay you off but you'll still get value vs those hands and you'll get paid off by the 2 pair type hands (QJ, J-10) that you hope he actually has a decent % of the time. I'll be shocked if he won't risk value betting something like Q-10, QJ here with those kind of PT stats if you check it to him.

Seems like a pretty clear bet.

He's almost never drawing here, so you're hardly ever inducing a bluff.

He rarely has two pair+, since he hasn't put in a raise anywhere. He's most likely going to fold to a raise with any of his one pair hands, and if he does have a one pair hand, he's most likely going to bet smallish, which you won't.

You could go for a fake blocker, if you think he'll try to squeeze value out of you, and that he might fold a lot of his weak one pair hands to a big bet.

bet is way better, he's got too many one-paid decent showdownable hands that'll just check behind, but will probably call a third barrel cause thats what people do.

All depends on his aggression #'s, a 22/44 donkk isn't making many of the 'standard' moves.

If you have a read on Villain's postflop play here how about weak lead/fake blocker here to induce raise? I undersand this is risky, but if you were considering a check raise here I think that this option should be considered as well. Seems that much of the time your hand can look like top pair here to villain if you were to a weak river bet (and as you say Villain could very well have top two after the river (or QT if Villain). Do you think Villain would be too scared of this board to be raising for value with 2pair here if it looked like you were trying to see a cheap showdown?
