villain is 44/22 over 120 hands and likes to cold call. I don't think i've seen him reraise yet

i should add that despite his stats and high cold call frequency i haven't seen him do anything that bad postflop nor preflop

The main problem here is even if you know is 3b%, you only have 125 hands on him which don't say that much on his 3b frequency and range. I 4bet and ready to call a shove given his general stats. Change your thread title for AKo btw.

He seems pretty nuts so I just shove it. 4betting smaller is an option but I like pushing to avoid awkward spots when you miss the flop. He'll probably call your push fairly wide anyway.
Also, it is worthing noting his very large 3bet size. Some people only do this with AA, KK etc. Still, readless I push and make a note if he has AA or KK.
