I'd be a woose and just call his raise too.
But I'd raise this preflop or fold. I'm a 6max player so I don't know what the correct fullring line is though.

This is more often a flush than anything else. Just calling is fine if you think he would frequently raise a non-flush hand - you have to call $0.43 to win $1.03 - but with better opponents, it's a fold.

I'd probably check/call a small bet or check/fold a large bet on the river with the flush hitting and 4 opponents. Leading for 2.5x pot is asking for trouble as you're only really likely to get called by better hands - checking may induce a bluff and is therefore more profitable as you're more likely to be ahead of a bluff bet than a raise.

If you won this hand, then the overbet may have induced him into thinking you were bluffing - or he sucks. Or both.

Raise or fold pf calling bad.

On the river there's no need to overbet the pot, pot sized would have been sufficient. CO could esily have a flush here reraising is very bad IMO, against and average idiot I'd call to.
