Easy shove...you may never have a better hand the rest of this tourney and you're a big favorite here. Like you said, he could be going with Ax or even Kx. If it's a pair, well it's a flip and there's nice overlay on the pot. If it's AA or KK you can complain to your friends afterwards about how close you were to a final table in a huge tourney but ran into a monster.
