Default pp + oesd vs. aggressive UTG raiser

What type of thought process should I be going through when deciding whether to raise this or just call this. In this case villain has taggish stats and I know him to be pretty aggressive postflop.

do you have what is cb percentage is? If its high, then I'd raise. If its low, he's unlikely to have a hand we'll be able to get him off of, so I call.

pretty much. also, if i knew him to be kinda nitty postflop i would raise expecting to get a fold out of stuff like 99-JJ. you can easily rep a set/2p on this board and most of his range is probably weighted towards pps and big cards. people tend not to open suited connectors UTG.

Thanks!

fwiw villain's CB % is 66 but it's over a small number of hands.

Also I'm raising here with the intention of folding to a push right?

Speedlimits; why do you choose to call here?

Am I calling planning on betting if I'm checked to and I whiff the turn? Is he more likely to double barrel with air on a blank turn given how many draws are out there on the flop? Should this factor into my decision on whether to raise the flop or not?
