I was gonna blast you for trolling the Cubs thread, but I won't. I feel sorry for you. Guess there's not much to talk about in the Cardinal's thread these days, huh?

And in case it wasn't mentioned earlier, Piniella has pretty much said that Kendall will start the whole series in Cincy. Just in case anyone thought Lou was suddenly going to come to his senses and make the right decision (Trachsel=WTF?).

my experience with ecstasy would lead me to think that taking it before an athletic endeavor would be a poor life choice

I have to point this out. Trachsel has 53 K's in 153 IP this year. For the mathematically challenged, that's 3 K/9 IP. He has got to be the worst starting pitcher in baseball. Why the [censored] did they bring this BP pitcher in? Why not Wells or Tomko? Or just leave Marshall in the rotation. Did they really think Trachsel was good?
