Broncos should be in that 2nd tier below Chargers/NE/SD once the def players gel better with Bates new scheme. signing SRice was money.
Can't wait for us to beat NE like we always do regular season.

[/ QUOTE ] on that TD bomb i was thinking the same thing. he looked like there was no way to touch the ball, then BAM separation. one thing....did he look 'gracefull' when he was in minny? i mean to me he just looks kind of awkward (maybe not best word?) out there, but ends up with the ball. i remember some great catches in minny, but have probably seen a small amount of him altogether.

[/ QUOTE ] he always seemed deceptively fast, it always seemed like he wasn't really flying but out of nowhere he'd have huge separation especially true in 1998(thinking about that year just tilts me though [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]) when he was a rookie and the league hadn't adjusted at all

Regarding the discussion of whether the Pats offense is as good as Indy's you have to consider the fact that Manning has been with his core recievers forever and Brady is just starting out with these guys.
As good as it looked yesterday, it's going to get better as the season goes on when they all get more experience playing with each other.
