hand 1 you should probably be shoving preflop, unless you think he will fold missed overcards postflop. hand 2 is a super easy shove preflop. raising to 600 means you obv have to shove any flop and you are going to let him get away from missed flops w/ lots of hands, and hes no folding a better hand postflop. you should be shoving tons of hands pf (maybe all of them i didnt really look at blinds/stack sizes). you are trying to play poker when you should be in push/fold.
