Does anybody have any projections availabe for Joey Gathright? Is he every day in KC? I'd appreciate any feedback anybody can offer. Thx.

Re: Gathright
Don't have any projections but I do know that he can jump over the hood of a sedan; he has the sickest vertical, almost freakish. In most players contracts it forbids you to ski or play football/basketball, in Joey's it forbids him to jump over vehicles.

Well if you are thinking in terms of Fantasy Baseball, always remember rule #1: Don't draft a Royals player. [/ QUOTE ] I'm thinking in terms of a roto trade (4x4 League). I've been offered Gathright for Ervin Santana straight up. I'm deep in pitching and have a need for speed. Both players have identical contracts in term of keeper value. Anybody have any thoughts on this deal without me going into too much roster detail? |

How many teams?
The more teams there are, the more valuable Gathright is. |

Re: Gathright
If you really need steals I would do it, though it's risky since in real life Santana is a very valuable player, and Gathright is very replacement level, so Gathright could easily lose his job.

Re: Gathright
if gathright would be a lock for 550 ab's I'd do it. sadly, he's not given the TB of situation. I'd try to make it a 2 for 2 and get some more value.
