I believe i might be Cake, but I'd do a search in the Zoo and/or bonuses forum. I'm pretty sure there were a couple of negative threads about them in the last few months.

It's a Jazette Cake skin (Sportsbook.com). Their payments have been reported as slow. I've never heard of rakeback there either.
