We've had a few people miss tourneys (ironically, the two I remember were BkIcE and deeb, who both missed the 2nd chance) and they got a 0 for the event. However, since I have squat invested here, my opinion matters nil, just giving the info for what we've done in the past.

id say let him sub in, giving him a zero isnt really in the spirit of competition imo
