Pokerstars wont let me validate email? Can u help?

Can anyone help me? I havent been on here in a while, but used to post a lot
under fritopie (I think that was it anyway) I always heard great things about
Pokerstars customer service, and I cant figure out what is up--am i sending to
the wrong email? (support@Pokerstars.com)? I also sent mail to
terrence@pokerstars.com

Here is one of the two dozen emails i sent....................

I am Soooooooo frustrated. Since coming to your site from Party, I have found
you to be true to your reputation. I have always recieved the finest pokergames,
fast cashouts, and superior customr service. That is why i do not understand
what the problem is right now. I have sent you a few dozen emails in the last
three days, and have not recieved a reply. Although I have scoured your site top
to bottom as well as RGP and Google, I cannot find a phone number to call you.
You have a bit over a hundred dollars of my money that u will not allow me to
play, nor will you allow me to withdraw. Why?
It started when I tried to update my email address from cmcray1@yahoo.com to
xxxxx@bresnan.net due to my cmcray1 email being spammed out. Much to my chagrin,
I found ou t that you wont let me play until i "validate" my email which I can't
do because you people wont send me a validation code. (yes, I double checked to
make sure that i had not filtered your email address.) So, I changed my mail
back to cmcray1 again. nothing. I have spent a few hours obver the last few days
changeing my email on your server and checking and rechecking my email as well
as sending you letters which you do not answer.
In frustration, I signed up at absolute. I am on a bit of a winning streak
there, and wish to withdraw my money from your network, but I cannot log into
the cashier because i get a message saying that i need to validat e my email. At
this point
I am at a loss. What does it take?

We have replied to all of your emails, even the one to:

santaclaus@whathtehelliswrongwithyouguys.com

It would appear for whatever reason your email provider is not accepting our emails, and yahoo is probably filtering the automated emails we sent. I can only suggest you try again with another email address -- I can suggest Gmail.

My apologies--It is true that i did not set the filter for either of hese email addresses, but my provider obviously did. I found these emails in the filtered files of one of the addresses. In addition, when i logged on to pokerstars, i had a message pop up that explained that this likely happened. Again, my apologies, and thanks for the help.
