I know, but its easier when the K hits on the flop rather than hitting a set and watching him go runner runner

Try to ignore what cards hit in preflop allins. Who lost/won should only matter, what the cards were on the board only mess up your game and put you on tilt. The better you are at ignoring the board the more it will help your game
