Default AK top two NL400

Villain running 22/13 over 300 hands. He seems good and rather observant.

This is a 3-bet preflop 9/10 times for me but because of semi-deep stacks and a raggy image, I chose to call. None of my c-bets were given credit so I didnt want to bloat the pot.

Standard apart from preflop witch is a 3-bet most of the time just as you said. There is now way you can get away from this if you behind.
