Re: Ed Miller\'s new book
[ QUOTE ]
If someone's main live game is going to be $1/$2 NL, would it be to their benefit to read PNL or would it be better to read another book such as How To Dominate, Mastering No Limit, or No Limit: A Complete Course? [/ QUOTE ] PNL is a good book, but introductionary and basic ... without being a beginners course ... but the stacksizes and betsizing is unique So sure ... buy it |

[/ QUOTE ] Each are unique. Dominate specifically has $1/2 in the title. However the book has you playing one particular style, to the extreme that, for example, if there are too many loose passive players at the table you just go home. That said, the book is still worth reading. So is Largay, for other advice, and PNL for the SPR theory. |
