AllSnap and 30" monitor. Possibly a stupid question

Hi. I was just wondering if there's any sort of program out there that can 'divide' a desktop into sections for allsnap purposes? Kind of how the layout manager works in pokerAce. I just got a new 30" monitor, and I suck at keeping things organised on my desktop. If I had a bunch of invisible lines that windows could snap to when I resized them it would make things much easier, or perhaps there's a better but different solution I'm not aware of?
