BBB's range is obviously largely dependent on your stealing tendencies and your showdown hands. You said, "he should be" 3-betting me with a wide range so I will assume you've been fairly liberal with your button.

Let's give BBB 44+ for pairs and your guessed range. You have 61% equity after the flop, assuming BBB is c-betting 100%.

A flop raise will probably look like a PP/FD. BBB will probably go into c/c mode with Ax/K-high, but will 3-bet with a better 8, overpair, or OCs+FD (maybe even w/o a FD). I think a flop raise will serve to define your hand fairly accurately.
