Default flop a flush draw on the button, facing a bet and raise in front

What's standard here? UTG raiser is very active preflop, something like 29/22/3, and the CO cold caller is slightly taggier, but still a bit laggy. Is shoving okay in this spot?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $120.55
BB: $332.60
UTG: $745.90
CO: $355.10
Hero (BTN): $156.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG raises to $8.00, CO calls $8.00, Hero calls $8.00, SB folds, BB calls $6.00

Flop: ($33) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
BB checks, UTG bets $22.00, CO raises to $68.00, Hero raises all-in to $148.00...

Before I opened the thread, I was gonna answer that a fold is standard here.

I know you have overs, but I think your FE is non-existent, and you don't have enough pot equity to justify getting it in. So just fold, no big deal. I might squeeze pf sometimes.

wow

UTG isn't betting into 4 players with less than set/AQss/OP/combo and CO surely isn't raising with 2 behind with less than set/AQss/combo draw. You dont even have the nut draw, this is an easy fold...CO is NEVER folding.

Easy call since you only started the hand with 78BBs. Might be a fold if you were deeper, but not with 78BBs.

I doubt we have enough equity to call this and we have no FE. It's okay to fold.
