Drop it like it's hot. These tiny bets really look like he wants to get paid. There are no reasonable draws here, and if villain is even halfway thinking I don't see him doing this with a jack. I would also expect a 3-bet from QQ/JJ preflop, so to me this seems like exactly a set.

I just call the turn, kinda way ahead, way behind, give him a chance to bluff his TT on the river, if he's got you beat on this board you gotta go broke.

Even giving him the most narrow range ever and pretending he can never have TT, a goofy bluff or some kind of slowplay your equity is very good.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 56.854% 56.85% 00.00% 11820 0.00 { AcAs }
Hand 1: 43.146% 43.15% 00.00% 8970 0.00 { QQ-JJ, 99, 55, 33 }

If you're pokerstoving you should also include the turn card

Hand 0: 34.848% 34.85% 00.00% 276 0.00 { AcAs }

Nope, I would not. OK, he had a set this time, but that's how it goes, just make sure to write down "can check minraise flopped sets and make small followup bets."
