The key is how well you know the guys in question vs. her (potential) interest in those guys, which you should be able to gauge. Do you at least occasionally hit an outing with them, and if so, what is the mood?

If she starts doing this more frequently, it's more likely that she's cheating. If she finds that she can get away with this every so often, she'll increase the amount of time she spends with these other guys and spends less time with you.
