1-2: Step 6
3-4: Step 5
5-6: Step 4

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7, 7.
UTG raises to t450</font>, 1 fold</font>, CO calls t450


Thoughts?

I think it's a fold. You still have T700 left. 77 plays worst against multiple oppenents. Curious to hear others though.

why isn't this in the STT strategy forum?

I push...you have step 4 as a back up. You won't be in a dominating position but folding gives you basically no chance to get a top 2.

I say fold but this is a VERY simple ICM question (I just don't feel like doing the math and it isn't second nature to me like it is to those who 12 table SNGs)

For the expert oppinions on ICM you should probably go to the sit and go forum (especially because this is a sit and go tournament). Also, if you are playing in these tournaments and this situation is not second nature to you then you are probably a -$ev player in them...

I figured I would post here since its a higher stakes buy in and I value the opinions who post here a lot more than those in STT.

I think it's a no brainer, but the friend who is too much of a pussy to actually post the hand does not, thus why I'm posting here.
