Dutch speakers, plz help
I'm going to Holland in a couple of weeks with my pregnant girlfriend to see a concert. I sent an e-mail to the venue asking whether it would be ok to bring a small folding chair into the concert for my gf, and the idiots answered in Dutch. Could someone translate this for me:
De dames en heren van Mojo kunnen uw vraag beantwoorden. Thanks |

Re: Dutch speakers, plz help
"The ladies and lords of Mojo can answer your question."
I don't speak Dutch, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. |

BABELFISH TARD "The ladies and lords of Mojo can answer your question." [/ QUOTE ] This didn't make sense to me so I went Dutch > French > German > English/ "The rammen and very honoured Mr. von Mojo can answer your question." I hope this helps. |

Mojo is the biggest booking agency in The Netherlands. I guess they are the booker of the band you are asking about. Their website is www.mojo.nl , but I can't seem to find an e-mail address on it. Still, it seems to me that the venue should know about their own house rules, and their answer is pretty retarded. I would try shooting another e-mail or calling the venue, and try to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about. |
