Default Dutch speakers, plz help

I'm going to Holland in a couple of weeks with my pregnant girlfriend to see a concert. I sent an e-mail to the venue asking whether it would be ok to bring a small folding chair into the concert for my gf, and the idiots answered in Dutch. Could someone translate this for me:

De dames en heren van Mojo kunnen uw vraag beantwoorden.

Thanks

Mojo is the biggest booking agency in The Netherlands. I guess they are the booker of the band you are asking about. Their website is www.mojo.nl , but I can't seem to find an e-mail address on it.

Still, it seems to me that the venue should know about their own house rules, and their answer is pretty retarded. I would try shooting another e-mail or calling the venue, and try to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about.

By the way, what band and venue are we talking about?

I could help you out with a phone call in Dutch, or advise you if the band is worth seeing at all
