I don't know how you can play it any better than that. Looks like a definite win the most/lose the least line.

i am same preflop, that is the lowest i will go,.. i will ocasionaly fold it, but raise more than not

Um you're in the CO PF, I'd open at least K8s as a default.

You played it how I would, but how much merit is there in folding the turn?

How about just calling the flop with the intention of raising the turn, or 3 betting if button raises?
