Question:

Let's say you back someone for a live series. This person does well right away and has a big score, so, cool, you're excited. You let him play out the rest of the series. (You aren't actually there.)

He tells you a week later he lost all the money in the pit before ever paying you back. He will freely admit to this and you have an outside witness who can testify you gave him the money.

What do you do?

What do you do if, say, he's a ranked player who's had several big scores lately that you haven't seen a dime of despite his promises to pay you back?
