Default KJ vs donk.

I have been active at the table, 3betting this guy a lot. He has so far folded to my 3bets and cbets.

when you call turn, you need to call river.

but i'd probably just muck the turn; if this guy wants to play back at you, he isnt waiting for the turn to do so.

Seems kinda weak, the guy is playing 45/25/1.85 after all. There's really not a whole lot that beats us on the turn. T7? a set? I'm not folding this, especially if I've been active against the guy.

The problem is, he could be doing this "for value" with a hand like A7 or JT. His range isn't polarized towards bluffs/hands that beat us.

I think OP played it fine given the read.
