Party affiliate cash-out problems...

Hey,

I lost my cashier password a few months ago, and their automated recovery system does not appear to work despite numerous attempts. I called, and they said it is a problem with hotmail?

They offered to do a manual cash-out, and have promised daily for the last month that it would be deposited within a couple days.

Their support is seemingly useless when it comes to actual problems. They are unable to take care of any actual cash-out issues. Does anyone have a number and/or email I could reach the accounting team at? Or, has anyone had similar problems related to cashier password recovery?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try logging into PartyPartners and changing the email address on file to a non-hotmail address.
