Going to a upscale Rest. Bar, whats my drink of choice tonight?

Going out in a hour for some drinks with a few friends at a very nice upscale Rest. in the area with a bar known as one of the best SUSHI Bars around. What shall be my drink of choice tonight. If it was summertime id be slamming down whiskey sours and tom Collins. Whats OOT recommending?
