ok, been a super slacker about updating this. luckily that hasn't translated into slacking at the gym...
11/2/07 Workout B Squat 2x5x195 1x4x195 Form broke down a little. Not good. Military Press 3x5x95 Reset here, so I had no problem. I decided to forego pendlay/cleans in favor of some chin-ups I did a set of 3, a set of 4 and a set of 3. |
