Vaga_Lion Robusto
What are your opinions of this player,after an aba style progreesion from $5 to 25-50NL in under a year,he has been taking shots at 200-400NL.
Wondered what any of the 25-50Nl regs think of him?Just curious as he is one of the young english players ive heard of doing well in the internets biggest games,having made the switch to poker from gaming I believe. Highstakes report has him up in the 200-400Nl game albeit with a small sample size. Also I remember Ansky saying in a previous post on Vaga_Lion that he played a completely different style to other 10-20NL regs when he played that game.

[/ QUOTE ] I am pretty sure that he used to be a computer gamer, a la Tillerman. I know nothing else about him though.

Oh my. Does anybody knows if it may be Vagabond_Lion from the Age of Empires series games? One of the top players, and know suddenly he just disappeared.
Even though i doubt theres many more gamers than me in here, funny if someone had a clue. His play i cannot comment on.

[/ QUOTE ] im pretty sure its vagabond from aoc, there seem to be a lot of people here whose names are very similar to some players from the community. I only got into poker because of other players who were winning a lot from it.

He had roughly 3 buy ins at each of the 2 tables he was sitting at. The tables were 200-400 I believe. This was ~ a week ago. aba was @ both of them as well.

He was on of the top players at warcraft 3 and alot of other games. He switched to playing poker a while back. You can find his blog at http://www.tillerman.net
