Default Great Opening Scenes to Movies
I caught the first scene in Goldeneye today on cable. I'm always amazed by the opening when Pierce Brosnan jumps off the dam and gets into the plane. What other movies have really memorable opening scenes? Raiders of the Last Ark is definitely up there.

as far as artsy films go, the opening of Hiroshima Mon Amour blew me away.

Run Lola Run is the first film which came to mind. The crazy credits lead into the intense first scene with the boyfriend calling Lola. Good stuff.
