got myself into a bad situation 200nl
no real reads, villain seems solid though, but i haven't really been paying attention
Anyways, call flop? push over the top on flop? fold somewhere? After his reraise I know where we both are, but i dont' really know what to do about it. Re: got myself into a bad situation 200nl
I would usually lead this flop hoping to three-bet all in. As played shove when he repops your check-raise; he could have so many overpairs here and you're only a 60:40 dog to a set.

Re: got myself into a bad situation 200nl
The problem with check/raising the flop is that you don't get many chips in, whilst three betting gives you the initiative, and a chance of getting everything in on the flop.
As he presents you with the chance, leaving himself with only $89 left, I'd go ahead and put him allin on the flop. I imagine he has a small overpair or perhaps a set, but you're far enough ahead of the former to make it good to get everything in here. |
