Help me get my money!

I asked a friend of mine to make a new account @ PP when the whole break up thing went down (mine didn't have RB), and now I need to cash out and she's being a pain, so I want to find the easiest way of getting my f***ing money without needing to ask for help from my friend.

Right now I have full access to the PP account and the Neteller account I set for her. Only problem is that the Neteller account is uncertified, so I can't transfer money from user to user.

What would be the simplest way of transferring that money to me w/o raising flags @ PP?

Create an account on her name on stars and make the transfer there. Mail them to increase the deposit limits for her account.

Can you get a neteller debit card? or do you have to get certified for that too?

also I certified my account with my girlfriends bank. I was not anywhere on her bank. but i was still able to certify my neteller. Maybe you can certify your friends neteller through your own bank account.
