I really wish Edwar had gone two innings there. If the game goes into extra innings, they're going to end up with Bruney and Henn pitching in a walk-off situation. Not good.

aw man

they had this game scheduled to air for me on sportsnet and because of the delay they showed me the mets game instead... now it actually gets played. come on YANKS!!! 6-6!!

edit: is it just me or does it seem like the yanks are out-hitting their opponents every game, but it's not translating to out-scoring them every game

edit2: farnsy just fans raburn... uh, our bullpen looked good today? oh, that's right, villone henn and viz weren't involved.

Who is the homeplate umpire? He had some questionable calls against Posada before he threw Posada out for arguing, but he made the most ridiculous strike call I've ever seen in my life against Matsui in, I think, the 7th inning. Did anybody see it? It was, no exaggeration, at least a foot outside.

Wow, Posada got hosed there. But he had to know after the dust-up that anything within 3 feet of the plate was going to be strike 3.

I don't know how accurate MLB.com's Gameday is with pitch placement, but it showed all three of the strikes in that AB well outside.
