Glen Mason should be fired. 38-7 lead mid way through the 3rd quarter and now it is in OT. When will coaches learn? That prevent defense does not work. When you rush 3 and give the QB 10 seconds on every play, someone is ALWAYS going to be open. Minnesota deserves to lose. How freakin' stupid can you be? Rush 3 on every play and get torched on about 6 consecutive possessions.

Minnesota loses. They blow a 31 point lead with 22 minutes to play. Worst choke job in bowl history. Worst coaching performance in bowl history as well. Even in OT, they keep rushing 3 guys.

Feel sorry for bettors who had Minn on the ML. Brutal.

That Minn game was pathetic. How does your offense disappear like that? But to be honest, it wasn't entirely coaching. Sometimes it's not plays, it's players. The players did not step up when they needed to.

Don't discredit Texas Tech though, phenomal perfomance to not give up. The kicker came up big in making that field goal to end regulation. Top 5 best bowl games I have ever watched personally. Thank God for NFL Network free preview week.

Bowl Records as follow(per conference)through 12/29:

Big East - 2-0
Pac-10 - 2-2
Big 12 - 2-3
SEC - 2-1
ACC - 1-1
Big 10 - 0-2
Mountain West- 3-1
Sun Belt - 1-1
WAC - 2-0
Mid-American - 1-1
C-USA - 0-4
Independent - 0-0

Pac-10 gets another win to move them to .500.

SEC has a strong showing going 2-0 today moving them to 2-1.

Big 12 had an up and down day, Mizzou lost on a last second 2 pt conversion and Texas Tech had one of the greatest comebacks of all time.

Big 10 had a bad day, Minnesota blows a huge lead and Purdue was taken to town by Maryland.

Schools with Under Armour sponsorships went 2-0(Maryland and Texas Tech).

Games tomorrow include: Navy vs BC(1:00 ESPN)
Texas Vs Iowa(4:30 ESPN)
Georgia vs Virginia Tech (8:00 ESPN)

cmon it's not hard to get the NFL network, I got it at my home and school and live in Canada ffs, fantastic game. I always thought if any team can come back it is TT, but I didn't want to watch in case they didn't. I started watching again in the 3rd quarter when they scored to make it 38-14. Excellent last quarter and a half.
Stupid minnesota coach, they rushed 3 the whole 1st half with great success, but once TT made adjustments, Minn kept falling back into the same coverage again and again and again and couldn't make another adjustment. Honestly, any half decent QB can eventually pick a defense apart when you give him the same defense to look at the entire game.

Navy already giving BC good field position on that fumble. Brian Toal is an absolute beast. I can't wait to see him in the backfield next year...or at least I hope that's what the BC coach does to take full advantage of his best athelete.

What is with all the missed kicks the past 36 hours? It all started when Ito missed the kick then it just went down hill for some reason.

Anyway, Navy is already in a 6-0 whole. Not good for a team that depends on owning the Time of Possesion battle.

On another note, I hate this crew that is announcing the game. They do all the Big 10 games at 12:00 on ESPN2 during the season. They are just so boring to listen to.
