Tohmahhto sauce is more like some BBQ sauce/ketchup hybrid. I think its purpose is to make the beetroot they put on everything slightly less vile.

I assume the Rose Bowl in an American football game.

Yes. There are two options:

1) Rumour has it that there is an online service that allows people to watch NFL over the internet. I don't know about the legality of that, so you'll have to look into it yourself.

2) Pay TV (Cable TV) shows a heap of overseas sport. www.foxtel.com.au is the provider, and they'd have information there somewhere on the issue.

Do you know of any IT recruitment companies? A quick google search found me these? If I do the work/holiday visa I want the job before I land...

Echelon Resourcing Solutions
First IT Recruitment
Hudson (does UK as well)
PRA - Professional Recruitment Australia
Total Resource Solutions

Thanks.

There have got to be hundreds of IT recruitment companies in Australia; I don't know any particularly, so google is as good a source as any.

great thread!

my question is why do I require a chest x-ray for my working holiday visa?

i'm 26 with no health concerns. i pay them $CDN 167, and then they tell me i need this chest x-ray. just seems like such a process to go through.

B,

I'd love to - and will probably do so next year, but I simply can't take the time off work at the moment. 7 days a week at the moment with the federal election.
