Based on personal experience most of my opponent's notes are, "Call any 6-7x BB allins of his with T7 offsuit and spike the 7 on the river every time."

I put a lot of effort into detaching myself from the emotions in the game, so I try not to get carried away when I lose to [censored] players making [censored] plays. I just exit the SNG and continue with the other 3, or start a new set. If I really feel like I made the right play given the situation, I remind myself that I played it right but just got unlucky.

It's kind of sad that all my notes on opponents are strictly based on their poker playing. Even if he is a moron, I specifically write out how: "open-limps on BTN with Q8s w/8x BB, calls BB all-in".
