for green tea drinkers
i saw in store whole cloves and cinnamon sticks so i put like 3" of cin stick and about 20-30 little clove things in a big mug with teabag aand water microwaved and it is really good and no sugar.
also ginger tea is good but the ginger teabags have additives but i dont think its too bad , and it tastes great. |

I like my green tea plain. [/ QUOTE ] Ditto. Was just reading that cinnamon turns out to be a very potent anti-oxidant, though. |

[/ QUOTE ] Ok may be an idiot here but what is a Sun Brewer Jug? Do you throw in the splenda and Lemons right away or after done? Little Vodka in it and yum yum |
