Novice Needs to Build Website

Hey guys,

I have just started a business and am looking to build as professional looking a website as possible. I would like to make this myself with the help of a software program.

I know nothing about writing or manipulating HTML code and do not have time to learn.

My question: Assuming price is not an issue, what is the best and easiest software for me?
