what does everyone think of the ARZ @ STL game. bodog(life) has it listed as ARZ -3.5 which i think is a complete steal. the rams have essentially nothing going for them + injuries. anyone betting heavily on that?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, anytime I can get the Arizona Cardinals as a 3.5 pt. road favorite anywhere in the NFL, I'm all over it.

Back up the truck.

What is this? Sarcasm?

You're 40-3 on the year. Pick a side and you'll hit it. Don't forget to tip us off first!

Got Clev +17 before it dropped back to 16.5, and TB +10.5 which is now +9.5.

So when the Indianapolis Colts went back to work Wednesday, Dungy was making contingency plans for the possible absences of receiver Marvin Harrison, running back Joseph Addai and safety Bob Sanders, all of whom were hurt in last Sunday's victory over Denver.

...

None of the three practiced Wednesday and the only certainty was that outside linebacker Rob Morris, another starter, would be placed on injured reserve, ending his season.

Feeling really good about that latter one.

NYJ +3.5 @ NYG
I know the Jets lost to the Bills but are they that much worse than the Giants? Home field shouldn't matter too much since both teams are used to playing at Giants stadium.
Thoughts?

is 8.5 for Tenn a little high or just right?

[/ QUOTE ]

The line is pretty accurate, imo, maybe a 1/2 point too high. While I think the gig is up on Tennessee, with the public finally realizing how good they are after they beat down the Saints on mnf, and were a ridiculous 5 point underdog in that game, I don't think they're being overvalued here. Ten-Atl is definitely a pass.

Thoughts on Seahawks(+6) @ Steelers...

Troy Polamalu S Missed Thursday Practice (abdomen)
Hines Ward WR Missed Thursday Practice (knee)

I think Seattle has a lot to prove in this game, that they are legit top team in the NFC and to avenge super bowl XL. This is their first meeting since that super bowl. The steelers just lost to Arizona, an NFC team that defeated seattle, however, it was kind of on a fluke (the botched hand off to alexander). Besides homefield advantage are there any factors im missing that might make pittsburgh a good pick. As of now I think Seattle (+6) is a great pick.
