Yep. I agree. 25c/50c players simply dont lay down split aces on uncoordinated flops or even much scarier ones.

So that would leave me with one decision to make as to whether to raise....do I believe the better is able to bluff or bet some other marginal hand in this spot?

Assumnig yes, when checked to I would bet the turn and decide whether or not my hand has value bet potential on the river when checked to.
