JDesab, please tell me you are levelling everyone.....

or else you are just really stupid.

i have no idea what levelling is. i will tell you that if this jman guy were judged as critically as the other players at the HSP table that would be refreshing. or maybe if the other HSP players were given the same breaks as he... that would be refreshing.

No-one including myself is saying anything about Jman, sbrugby,BAdams,{insert internet pro},etc. being a good guy or not being a solid on-line player with tremendous success?

But why when everyone doesnt agree with the obvious(yes THEY PLAYED LIKE NIT's on TV)...does the "are you stupid"..."r u leveling".... "then play him HU for rolzz" comments come flying out the door?

It seemed they were very uncomfortable(maybe the cameras, big name players, BR/stakes,pressure,etc),but I agree it def. seemed he was in over his head, and didnt adjust at all.

But to defend him based on his past internet success, and now playing in a BIG LIVE game getting the exposure any pro would want.....is just as pathetic.

With all the fanfare of his appearance on HS poker being built up for months... i would say it was quite a letdown to say the least

I was also disappointed sbrugby's showing as well.(i think he folded AQ after a small raise form PA out of the BB),and played a minimum amount of hands as well
I mean WTF?

They may be great internet phenoms when calling down with Q high on-line,but they sure were exploitable on this show IMO

i mostly agree with your post... except sbrugby's play. i definitely liked his style... he took the action to the rest of the table once in a while... he did not seem scared to play like jman did. in short sb played poker with the table... jman was played

If GSN showed us all the hands that are being folded preflop, we could judge everyone's nittiness. You guys have no idea what they are folding so I think it's dumb to judge.

Jman has posted that he was a $20K winner on the show. Nitty? yes. Bad for TV? Perhaps. Exploitable? Debatable. Winning? Bottom line.

of course these internet guys are gonna be slightly unconfortable, as you and i would be away from our natural surroundings and with these well known tv pros. Saying that you cant really expect them to be raising from ep with suited conenctors and calling in the blinds with qj because these just aren't the right plays however loose the game is.

Again i reiterate they are playin full ring and you can't be raising every other hand
